Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Maintain employee records and HR databases

Manage payroll, attendance, and leave records

Address employee queries regarding salary and HR policies

Support HR administrative tasks and documentation

Assist in employee engagement and grievance handling

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate (B.E / B.Com) with HR background

MBA in HR (preferred)

0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)

Good organizational and multitasking skills
