Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will handle end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and production roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing roles

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Follow up with candidates and maintain communication

• Maintain recruitment databases and records

• Support onboarding and documentation

• Coordinate with consultants/vendors if required

Candidate Requirements

• Any Graduate

• 0–3 years of experience (manufacturing hiring preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
