Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements and source candidates via job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)

Screen and shortlist candidates through calls

Coordinate interviews with US clients

Build and maintain candidate relationships

Update internal databases and recruitment trackers

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
