Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for UAE/GCC, domestic, and internal corporate positions.

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Collaborate with business heads and internal stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.

Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.

Coordinate international hiring processes while ensuring compliance and client expectations.

Handle offer negotiations, employment contracts, and pre-onboarding formalities.

Ensure timely closure of positions and maintain recruitment records
