Manage full-cycle recruitment for US-based Technical and Non-Technical positions

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, job boards, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews

Coordinate hiring processes and interview schedules

Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles

Partner with US hiring managers to understand recruitment needs

Handle offer negotiations and candidate engagement

Maintain ATS records and ensure compliance with US hiring regulations

Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and pipeline updates
