Key Responsibilities:

• Source & recruit labour as per production requirements

• Coordinate with contractors & local hiring networks

• Conduct screening & document verification

• Maintain manpower records & attrition data

• Support onboarding & workforce planning

Requirements:

• Knowledge of labour laws, ESI & PF

• Strong local labour network

• Ability to meet bulk hiring targets
