Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for theatre operations and corporate positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and walk-in drives.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Prepare offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Build relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.

Ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.

Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.

Assist with HR operations and employee engagement activities.
