Hiring HR Recruiter to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, payroll, and statutory compliance (ESI & PF).

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & agency coordination

• Employee relations & performance management support

• Implement HR policies & procedures

• Prepare termination letters

• Maintain payroll, ESI & PF compliance

• Support HR team & improve HR processes

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field

• Strong knowledge of payroll, ESI & PF

• MS Office proficiency
