Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote employer branding.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate information.
