Job Role: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Foundit, Apna, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.

Perform daily candidate sourcing and calling activities.

Screen, shortlist, and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
