Recruit candidates for client requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, Shine and other job portals.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face candidate assessments.

Screen and evaluate candidates.

Coordinate with clients regarding recruitment requirements.

Meet recruitment and hiring targets.

Maintain candidate follow-ups and recruitment activities.

Learn and effectively use recruitment portals.

Support the overall candidate assessment and hiring process.
