Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Design and update job descriptions.
Source candidates through Naukri, social media, and other online platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
Shortlist qualified candidates for hiring managers.
Send offer letters and address candidate queries regarding compensation and benefits.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Support new hires during the onboarding process.
