Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for trainers, counselors, telecallers, placement executives, receptionists, and support staff.

Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews with department heads.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Prepare offer letters and support onboarding formalities.

Coordinate joining and employee documentation.

Build talent pipelines for future requirements.

Ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Maintain recruitment reports and HR records
