Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Shine, TimesJobs, and other job portals.

Screen resumes and conduct end-to-end recruitment activities.

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring records.
