Key Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and SCM teams for manpower requirements

• Prepare recruitment plans based on manpower budget

• Monitor attrition rates of workers and staff

End-to-End Recruitment

• Source candidates through job portals, consultants, social media, and references

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Schedule interviews with department heads

• Coordinate trade tests for operators (CNC, Welding, Laser, Bending, etc.)

• Issue offer and appointment letters

Blue-Collar & Staff Hiring

• Handle bulk hiring for operators, welders, fitters, helpers, supervisors, and engineers

• Maintain manpower pipeline for urgent hiring needs

• Immediate joiners preferred
