Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other job portals

Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

Manage recruitment lifecycle and candidate follow-ups

Negotiate offers and support successful closures

Maintain recruitment MIS and reports using MS Excel
