Job Overview

A Chennai-based organization is hiring a Recruitment Officer for Non-IT hiring. This role is ideal for candidates with some experience in recruitment who want to strengthen their skills in end-to-end hiring and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles

• Source candidates via job portals, social media & referrals

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain candidate database & recruitment records

• Support onboarding process and ensure smooth candidate experience

Eligibility Criteria

• Any Graduate

• 6 months – 2 years recruitment experience preferred

• Good English communication (verbal & written)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office & job portals
