Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT telecom roles
Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
Conduct bulk/mass hiring for telecom projects
Coordinate interviews, selection and onboarding
Follow up with candidates until joining
Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate databases
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly hiring targets
Skills Required
Experience in telecom recruitment
