Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs for EPC projects
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for specialized engineering roles
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews & offer negotiation
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future project needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Collaborate with HR and project teams to align hiring strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition within EPC / Engineering & Construction industry
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as estimation, billing, planning & design engineering
• Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment
