Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, support and corporate roles

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, social media and employee referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up for feedback

Manage candidate communication, offer release and pre-joining formalities

Handle onboarding documentation and ensure a smooth joining process

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and MIS reports
