Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify and connect with potential clients

Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships

Act as a bridge between clients and internal team

Recruitment Activities

Source, screen, and interview candidates

Handle end-to-end recruitment for client requirements

Sales & Marketing

Promote HR services

Prepare presentations, marketing, and sales materials

Admin & Reporting

Maintain client and recruitment records

Prepare daily/weekly activity reports

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s degree (HR / Business preferred)

Experience in recruitment or HR services

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Ability to work independently

Knowledge of CRM tools & recruitment platforms
