Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals

Handle BFSI and RCM recruitment requirements

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls

Coordinate interviews and follow up for joining conversion

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Manage candidate pipelines and achieve sourcing/hiring targets

Coordinate with hiring teams on candidate status and closures
