Job Role

Field HR Recruiter responsible for hiring security guards and housekeeping staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit security guards and housekeeping manpower

• Screen candidates and verify experience and physical eligibility

• Conduct background checks and document verification

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting → onboarding)

• Coordinate with clients and ensure candidates meet client requirements

• Handle field recruitment activities

Requirements

• Experience in security or housekeeping manpower recruitment

• Knowledge of blue-collar hiring processes

• Ability to handle field recruitment work

• Immediate joiners preferred
