Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining

Manage recruitment for manufacturing, engineering and corporate roles

Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals

Handle client communication, requirement gathering and relationship management

Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations and joining follow-ups

Maintain strong client and candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
