What You’ll Be Doing
Full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → screening → offer → onboarding)
Using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster
Screening candidates (technical + behavioral)
Working with hiring managers & clients
Handling salary negotiation & documentation
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full talent acquisition cycle including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
Strategic Sourcing: Utilize a scientific approach to find talent through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and internal databases.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand niche technical requirements and provide market mapping and benchmarking insights.
Technical Screening: Conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments to ensure candidates align with the specific needs of our tech-driven clients.
Negotiation & Onboarding: Manage complex salary negotiations, notice period buy-outs, and oversee the BGV (Background Verification) and documentation process.
Brand Ambassadorship: Promote Glauben Technologys reputation as a premier RPO provider and a great place to build a career.
