Key Responsibilities:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining formalities
Conduct telephonic interviews and explain job descriptions and company information
Source and provide relevant, quality candidates within required timelines
Coordinate interview schedules, documentation, salary negotiations and onboarding
Recruit candidates across junior to senior-level positions
Attend management meetings and prepare weekly recruitment reports
Stay updated on employment policies, organizational structure and applicable labour laws
