Partner with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for multiple roles

End-to-End Recruitment

Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social platforms

Sourcing & Employer Branding

Source candidates through portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and networking

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Promote employer branding initiatives

Interviewing & Candidate Experience

Conduct competency-based and behavioral interviews

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
