Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and referrals

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers

Negotiate salary and coordinate the offer process

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and MIS

Achieve recruitment targets and build a strong candidate pipeline
