Key Responsibilities

You will handle end-to-end recruitment, including:

Full hiring cycle (sourcing → onboarding)

Finding candidates using job portals, social media, and referrals

Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

Coordinating interviews with managers

Maintaining candidate database (ATS/Excel)

Ensuring smooth candidate experience

Working with department heads for manpower planning

Required Skills

Strong recruitment / sourcing knowledge

Experience using job portals & LinkedIn

Good communication skills

Ability to manage multiple openings

Understanding of hiring strategies and workforce planning

Qualification
