What You’ll Be Doing:-

This is a typical entry-level recruitment consultancy role:

Understanding client requirements and JD

Sourcing candidates (job portals, social media, networking)

Screening resumes and conducting preliminary calls

Coordinating interviews

Maintaining recruitment trackers & databases

Assisting in offer management & onboarding

Desired Candidate Profile:

UG /Post Graduate in any discipline or MBA (HR preferred, but open to all).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and in a team.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
