AV Global Advisory Services is hiring HR Recruiters / Management Trainees for their Chennai office. This role is ideal for freshers who want to gain complete recruitment lifecycle experience in a consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client requirements & job descriptions

Source candidates via job portals, social media & networking

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Conduct telephonic interviews

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

Assist in salary negotiation, offer rollout & onboarding

Maintain candidate databases & recruitment trackers

Build strong candidate & client relationships

Eligibility Criteria

UG / Postgraduate (MBA in HR preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn recruitment

Internship in recruitment is a plus (not mandatory)
