Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal hiring
Draft and post job descriptions
Source candidates via portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Handle offer negotiations and issuance
Onboarding & Offer Management
Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
Coordinate pre-joining documentation
Ensure smooth joining and induction process
Employee Engagement & HR Support
Execute employee engagement initiatives
Address grievances professionally
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support performance management and general HR operations
Eligibility / Skills
Any graduate
Minimum 2 years recruitment experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms
