Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Manage bulk hiring from sourcing through onboarding.

Provide recruitment consultation based on client requirements.

Handle BPO recruitment and candidate coordination
