Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal company positions

• Understand manpower requirements from departments

• Prepare and post job descriptions on recruitment portals

• Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership

• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

• Follow up with candidates during interview and selection process

• Support HR documentation and onboarding activities

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring
