Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines.

Make 60–70 candidate calls daily.

Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate databases.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
