Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and screen resumes via job portals & social media
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Maintain candidate database and trackers
• Support onboarding & documentation
• Coordinate with hiring managers
• Ensure positive candidate experience
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field
• 0–1 year recruitment experience
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment tools
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask & meet deadlines
Languages Required: English, Tamil & Hindi
