📝 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our HR team. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in talent acquisition and HR processes.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates via job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate records in ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

• Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards

• Participate in onboarding activities and new hire documentation

• Build and maintain positive candidate relationships

• Support HR team in administrative and recruitment tasks

Qualifications

• Fresher candidates residing within 15 KM of Ambattur (Ambattur, Avadi, Redhills, Korattur, nearby locations)

• Immediate joiners preferred
