About the Role

We are hiring enthusiastic and career-driven freshers who are interested in building a career in US IT Recruitment. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment for US clients in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand US client job requirements
• Source candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Screen candidates via phone calls and evaluate technical & communication skills
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients
• Maintain recruitment databases and trackers
• Follow up with candidates post-interview and during onboarding
• Build long-term candidate and client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Any discipline)
