Key Responsibilities
Understand US client job requirements
Source candidates using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen candidates via phone calls and evaluate technical & communication skills
Coordinate interviews between candidates and US clients
Maintain recruitment databases and trackers
Follow up with candidates post-interview and during onboarding
Build long-term candidate and client relationships
