About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in the field of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment for various roles

Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

Schedule and coordinate interviews

Maintain candidate databases and trackers

Support onboarding and documentation

Coordinate with hiring managers on requirements

Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

0–1 year experience (internship also considered)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and processes

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Languages: English, Tamil, Hindi
