Role Overview

VLead Staffing Private Limited is urgently hiring an HR Recruiter with experience in E-commerce hiring. The role involves field-based recruitment, coordination with hiring managers, and managing end-to-end recruitment activities for E-commerce positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for E-commerce roles

• Execute and manage recruitment campaigns

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients

• Perform field recruitment activities as required

• Ensure timely closures and recruitment reporting

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate or above

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in E-commerce recruitment

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to work in the field

• Ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000

• Salary negotiable based on experience
