• Understand client requirements & job descriptions

• Source candidates via job portals, social media & networking

• Screen resumes & shortlist suitable profiles

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews with clients

• Maintain candidate database & trackers

• Assist in salary negotiation & offer management

• Support onboarding & post-offer follow-ups

• Prepare reports & recruitment dashboards

Eligibility

• Any Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred)

• Freshers can apply

• Internship in recruitment (Added Advantage)
