Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Support functions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal references and campus hiring

Schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain candidate pipelines for bulk hiring

Conduct walk-in drives, spot offers and open-house interviews

Ensure hiring SLAs and manpower requirements are met

Handle pre-onboarding activities and documentation checks

Conduct candidate follow-ups
