Job Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Update candidate records using ATS and recruitment systems.

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
