Job Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to interviewing and onboarding them.

Key Responsibilities

Design and update job descriptions

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional platforms

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person)

Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment requirements

Send offer letters and manage joining formalities

Advertise job openings on career pages and job boards

Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and time-to-fill

Participate in job fairs and recruitment events

Support onboarding and employee documentation
