We are urgently looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our multi-specialty hospital.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and role expectations

• Source resumes through job portals, professional networks, and internal databases

• Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for suitable roles

• Brief candidates about job roles, hospital operations, and business units

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads

• Ensure timely follow-ups and feedback after interviews

• Maintain continuous communication with candidates for smooth onboarding

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and candidate trackers

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Strong sourcing and communication skills

• Experience in hospital or healthcare recruitment is an added advantage
