Job Summary:

Hiring dynamic HR Recruiters for end-to-end recruitment with strong growth opportunities and performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)

• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews

• Build and maintain candidate pipeline

• Support hiring for multiple roles

Requirements:

• Any Graduate

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply

• Excellent communication skills

• Target-oriented mindset

Salary Structure:

• Freshers / 6 months+: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + incentives

• International Voice / AR Calling: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 + incentives

• Senior Recruiter (2+ yrs): Up to ₹40,000 + incentives
