We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented **HR Recruiter** to join our team in **Chennai**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from talent sourcing and screening to managing the candidate experience and developing long-term hiring strategies.

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **End-to-End Sourcing:** Identify and source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals).

* **Screening & Shortlisting:** Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* **Strategic Talent Acquisition:** Define and evolve talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals.

* **Client Collaboration:** Work closely with clients to determine current staffing needs and ensure requirements are met within timelines.

* **Hiring Strategy:** Create and implement effective hiring strategies to streamline the recruitment process.

* **Candidate Management:** Manage the entire candidate experience, ensuring a professional and positive journey from first contact to onboarding.

* **Leadership:** Supervise and mentor junior recruiting personnel to maintain high performance and quality standards.

### **Candidate Requirements**

* **Education:** Any Graduate or Post Graduate (**B.Com / M.Com / B.B.A / M.B.A** preferred).

* **Experience:** Proven experience in recruitment/HR (for experienced roles).

* **Notice Period:** **Immediate Joiners** or those with a maximum of **15 days** notice period.

* **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* **Analytical Skills:** Ability to understand complex job roles and assess talent accurately.
