Key Responsibility :
Act as the primary HR support contact for employees and managers.
Handle HR policy, transactional, employee data, and records-related queries.
Resolve HR requests using case management tools.
Provide operational support for regional HR activities.
Prepare one-click reports and basic HR data analysis using Excel.
Collaborate with HR COEs and regional HR teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Support global HR initiatives and process improvement projects.
Skills Required
2–5 years of experience in HR Operations
Experience in a global shared service
Strong understanding of HR operations
basic data analysis
Excellent communication
problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
