Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (Joining to Exit)

• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS

• Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll input coordination

• Work extensively on Microsoft Excel for HR data management and reporting

• Create HR dashboards using:

o VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

o Pivot Tables

o IF formulas

o Data Validation

o Conditional Formatting

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements

• Coordinate onboarding documentation

• Assist in HR audits and data validation

• Support performance management documentation

• Address employee queries related to HR operations

Required Qualifications

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Administration or related field

✔ 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR data analytics

• Familiarity with attendance systems and payroll processing

• Ability to manage deadlines independently
