Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, andonboarding.

Monitor staffing levels and identify manpower requirements.

Ensure timely hiring to support business operations.

Supervise staff attendance, performance, and workforce availability.

Handle employee grievances and workplace conflict resolution.

Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and recruitment reports.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour regulations.

Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring.
